Description:
KX-104 PDC is designed to reduce pour point, gel point, or cloud point of crude oil and improve
its cold flow property and pumpability in oil field processing applications.

Mechanism for Action:
Pour point depressor KX-104 PDC mitigates the effect of the wax crystals on crude flow by
modifying their size, shape, and degree of agglomeration. It is most effective, when blended into
the crude, which is above its cloud point. Very low freezing point, allows for easy blending and
application during winter cold flow conditions.
Application:
The recommended Treatment Dosage is 500-1,000 PPM by continuous injection depending upon
severity of the problem also suitable for batch or squeeze treatments where injection treatment is
not possible.
